(More customer reviews)I have been experiencing knee problems from running for over a decade. I tried different braces along with modifying my stride/gait. This little guy gave me immediate results. My specific issue is the patella tendon becomes inflamed and then rolls (quite uncomfortably) over the edge of the patella every time my leg is straightened. Immediate results! Ran six miles without any symptoms, during or after. I only wish I had tried it sooner!
