It also comes in a more creamy gel in a container, but this is very handy for use on your back, around joints or on any part of the body where pain is being experienced. Within a few minutes you will notice the pain decreasing rapidly. I could not feel any pain after using this product and can highly recommend this for sports injuries, arthritis and any general discomfort. This has been working especially well while I await my new office chair. Sitting in a regular chair has shown me why office chairs were created.
