I was walking with a cane because the artificial hip I have was starting to wear out and I was in bad pain from the little pieces of teflon floating around. I started taking this because a doctor I worked with recommended this from a seminar he attended. I started taking it and 2 weeks later I did not need the cane any more. In January I ran out and did not buy any right away. The hip started hurting so I ordered more and started taking it again. Two weeks later my hip was better. My joints are all feeling better. I have had both hips and both knees replaced so I appreciate not being in pain any more. I really recommend this product. I also started my husband on it.
