(More customer reviews)This is a good elbow brace if you are looking for a lot of compression which I was following surgery. My elbow is around 12" so I got the small/medium which is supposedly good from 11-15 inches. This support is really tight. I seriously doubt someone with a 15" arm could stand this for long. Its made of something Ace calls "elastoprene" which implies some cross between neoprene and elastic but it is mostly a very strong elastic with a little diamond shaped neoprene cushion right at the elbow point.
