(More customer reviews)I used this to get my leg in and out of bed, right after a hip replacement. They had to cut through the muscle layers to get the new hip in, and lifting my leg was painful and impossible! This nifty little tool allowed me to relax my leg and use my arm and body strength to lift and move the leg around. Even getting in and out of the car was helped with the lifter.
DO practice with it before your surgery. Do make sure it is close by when you are in bed with no one to help you. DO get it--this and the sock tool saved my life!
