(More customer reviews)After researching SAMe I learned that there is an active and inactive part of the total amount claimed on the package and this is true for all SAMe. I called up the company and it had a good percentage of the active part.
Really did work for my depression. I used this and it was VERY effective. It also had the unique quality of allowing me to recognize when depression was creeping up on me. It was only then I would take it so I would learn the skills to manage my depression rather than be on health destroying drugs that, from research, apparently numb you out which didn't sound very pro-active to me.The United States is soooo far behind compared to research in Germany regarding SAMe. Non-addictive and from my research, it actually helps your kidney and liver instead of destroying it. It is used in some countries to actually arrest and help reverse liver damage.
Do the research. This brand has a good price.
