(More customer reviews)Since this is a review of the product not the retailer, I rated it 5 stars. I had a back spasm and my acupuncturist used this patch on my back. It felt cool and wet, but didn't leak or anything. Very soothing and after 3 days, no more spasm. The acupuncturist said to use it for two days, taking it off to shower (stick it to the back of the plastic packaging) then replace. I recommend this highly!
