(More customer reviews)I have been weight lifting for over a year now and have read several books on weight lifting for women including "The Woman's Book of Strength" by Karen Andes, Joyce Vedral's book "Weight Training Made Easy", and Cory Everson's "Fat-Free & Fit". "Supervixen" is by far my favorite book. It is the only book that I have found that actually helps you develop specific goals for your body to help give you the best body you can have (symmetry as Negrita calls it). I spent many wasted hours in the gym and lots of money on trainers until I read this book and learned the very specific hand and foot positions for each exercise needed to achieve my particular goals. All bodies are not the same and each requires different excercises. I have personally had great results with this book with much less effort. Most people think I'm 10 years younger than I really am. If you are serious about wanting a better shape and want to see results from your efforts, I highly recommend this book.
