(More customer reviews)Unbeatable Sales completely ignores requests for customer support. Never buy products from this company, they do not back up their business! The product, on the other hand, is high quality. I've been using one for 6 months. This one was for my boyfriend. The problem is Unbeatable Sales did not describe the product well enough for me to make an informed decision and as a result I didn't get the correct model. Trying to reach a live person for help is laughable. Unbeatable Sales could care less that I get what I wanted, they only cared about making the sale! I feel cheated!
