(More customer reviews)A doctor told me to wear a neoprene knee sleeve after I had injured my knee. I found that an additional benefit was the amount of compression it applies to the knee while flying. On long flights my knee used to swell up so badly that I could hardly walk. Since wearing these, I have had no additional problems with my knees.
I plan to also use them for long car trips.
The only downside to wearing neoprene is that it is very warm and the knee (and surrounding leg) sweats a lot. Fortunately, these are simple and easy to wash.
They are true to size - maybe a little bit on the large side.
