(More customer reviews)I didn't understand the previous review, since I have had no problem with my ice pack at all, until I had to buy another one and realized that my older one has two pieces of velcro (hook side) sewn onto it over the existing velcro that the previous reviewer had issues with. At least now I know I can just sew on a piece of velcro if I have this problem also.
I love this ice pack as it is the only way I can get myself to ice my knee's. It is soft and comfortable, freezing cold and I can velcro it on tight enough so I can walk around the house with them on. Worked so well I bought another one.
Oh..and I guess you can put it on your shoulder, calf and foot too, so it is universal, but works well on my knees!
