(More customer reviews)This book contains excellent photographs of the techniques that allows you to understand how you move from start to the finish. I have been studying Hap Ki Do (and other arts) for over 15 years and in my opinion, this book is one of the best I have read. It is a little lean in demonstrating advanced kicks, but is full of wrist, throwing and weapon techniques.
