Marty speaks from experience with this book. It is filled with so much motivation from his brutle honesty making you second guess yourself and why you waited so long to start! I enjoyed the menu which will keep your energy level going through your workouts. The workouts and diagrams are excellent explaining each move and the amount of sets needed for that week. Each week builds you for the next. You will enjoy the satisfaction you receive from this book and will be able to continue with this regime the rest of your life!!!
