(More customer reviews)This knee wrap, wraps only partly around an average size knee and has long straps to hold it on. It is very cumbersome to put on. Slips and slides. The cold part is some kind of plastic that you take out and put in your freezer, then slide into the pack. I ordered two, and the company only sent one, though I was charged for 2. They didn't even put a receipt in the box. I'm trying to return it as of now.
