(More customer reviews)I was initially dubious of the chair's claims even after reading the study linked on their site.
To my surprise, the chair really does improve my posture and comfort. The halo effect they mention does actually happen and I walk more erect after sitting with the nadachair. I sit at a computer 8-10 hours a day as an engineer and the chair is simply superb.
One downside is that when seated for a while, the lower back area where the cushion rests begins to sweat and can't escape the cushion, so when you release the chair, there's some wetness causing your shirt to cling.
Putting on and taking off the chair are very simple to do and not the hassle I'd originally thought it would be.
The only other downside is that you'll look just as idiotic as all the pictures of people enjoying their nadachair. That's okay because you're going to feel awesome using it.
