(More customer reviews)I have degenerative disc disease in my back with really bad sciatic pain, and these are the second pair of these inserts that I have purchase b/c they are so great. It has relieved my pain tremendously and has allowed me to resume walking for exercise without excruciating pain! I know everyone is different, but they worked for me!
