They have a dual size fitting where you can slide over extra side pads to fit your knee if you are a smaller person. They have gel all over and are very comfortable. I selected them out of a company catalog, on the picture alone, and used them at work. I liked them so much, I bought THIS pair for my personal use at home! Simply an outstanding product.
