While I feel it is a good book, it references the first book far too often to be considered a complete text. By all means buy both books if you want the benefits that they give. I just feel that since Book 1 has been on back order for going on two months I would have preferred to have the two books presented in one volume, as they are as thin as they are expensive.

Positions are explained in a detailed and friendly manner, and are broken down into a step-by-step explanation. They are easy to follow simply by looking at the pictures.
