This new series, I reference this as really the new format..miss the longer version as You could sit on the mat and the book would stay open..ohwell. Gives pictures of what the body looks like if your just starting out as well as the final pose as it should be. For a teacher it is great information, to see someone working on the hip opener and better ways to correct a posture. I'll buy every book he comes out with, just the information I've been looking for.
