I bought this in anticipation of having surgery on both feet so I would not have to be forced to take sponge baths for several weeks until I could get my foot wet again. The product worked great. One tip: Get some cornstarch and dust the inside of the sleeve with it before putting it on. It makes putting it on and taking the sleeve off far easier and less painful (especially right after surgery). The large half leg reached above my knee and I never had a leak with it. Make sure you dust the entire sleeve with cornstarch if you plan to travel - latex sticks to itself and you risk tearing it by forcing the stuck pieces apart.
