(More customer reviews)While I have had Pulsed Electro Magnetic Field therapy (PEMF), this is amazing to have a device so small and comfortable to wear that I can wear it all day without discomfort or notice by anyone else. The unit was very effective in helping relieve pain in my lower back. My wife has also been using one for her pain in her shoulders, she is very pleased with the results. She actuals sleeps with one of the patches on her shoulder, and does not use it during the day. The patch does not get hot and it is actually not noticable. Once you have used the patch for a day 6 - 8 hours you will have a noticeable relief from the pain. It feels good not to be using pain relievers and potentially causing some long term problem with my intestines.
Pros: highly effective, comfortable, long lasting, cost effective ( a little over a dollar a day if used continuously) portable, and safe
Cons: The cloth material may be a bit light if you are a very active person like me.
Overall on a scale of one to ten I will give it a: 9
