I followed their return directions and PROMPTLY returned the unit to MDK. The company at first denied they got the unit. Then after I emailed them proof of delivery they kept me waiting for a review of the product.Then they said they would charge me a restocking fee. Then they said it was being refered to the credit dept. Every time I contacted them I got a different answer. 4 MONTHS LATER I WENT THRU AMAZON'S A-Z GUARANTEE, THANK GOODNESS AT LEAST AMAZON STANDS BEHIND THEIR NAME. I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING THRU MDK UNLESS YOU ARE SURE YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. UNLESS YOU DONT CARE ABOUT GETTING A REFUND. KEEP ALL YOUR PAPERS YOU WILL NEED THEM.
