(More customer reviews)It is a bit hard to measure the effectiveness of this product, but I will say that when I start to take it, my joint issues just seem to fade & go away. I have issues with my right knee and my left shoulder from previous injuries, and when I regularly take TriFlex, there is just much less pain and I can lift heavier weights.
This is definitely one of those products where it may work for you or it may not... but the benefits, if it works, are so amazing that it's worth trying.
I generally find that a week or two after being taking this supplement (I try to take 3 pills per day), things just start to improve, and my workouts improve.
