(More customer reviews)I bought a cryo therapy machine from them, BIG mistake. I ordered it on a Wednesday night paying $70 for overnight shipping. They never even shipped it until Friday morning. Took me 3 days to reach a customer service agent, and not the answering service, where I left about 5 messages. Website says they will call you back in 24 hours. Hasn't happened even once. Not even when my message was marked emergent. Finally got thru and they refunded my shipping. Well 2 weeks later the machine stops working. I send mine back, the said they will send a new one asap. Well asap to them is UPS ground 10 days to get to me. Umm no I expect 2-3 days not 10. Well after 3 MORE days of leaving emergent messages with the answering service I finally get thru. They refund half the price of the machine, big whoop. So today, the machine gets here and guess what NO PAD!!! I can't use the machine without a pad. Totally useless to me. I can tell you it will take me 3 more days to reach someone who can help and I'm pissed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS!!!!!
