(More customer reviews)I have ITBS and ordered three different compression straps off the internet. This one I give the lowest review, because unlike the other two products, this one did not stay in the correct position on my thigh to provide compression. Due to its lower elasticity, it falls from three inches above knee cap down to right above the knee cap in just a few minutes of exercize. Though the hardware looks great, this product just didn't work for me, and I suspect, for most people.
The other two products are the ProTec - IT Band Wrap which gets my highest review - see the product page. The PatStrap gets my second place vote, only inferior to the ProTec product in that it is a thinner band that feels more restrictive. It also eats my leg hairs when I take it off!
I recommend the 'ProTec - IT Band Wrap'.
