(More customer reviews)This is my second Back Buddy knee pillow. The first one wore out after about a year. It provides good alignment while sleeping but the cover is cheap and easily torn. For comparison, I also purchased a Carex memory foam knee pillow. The Carex is constructed better, has a higher quality zippered cover, and provides support that is just as good as the Back Buddy. I use the Carex exclusively now.
