This wrap worked fine as far as fitting my knee, etc. The quality is fine.
The issue I had is that the gel insert is not large enough to ice my knee as I wanted the whole area around my knee (front and back) to be iced at the same time and the gel pack that fits into the wrap only covers either under or over the front of your knee depending on how you put on the wrap. After using the wrap for a few days I ended up buying two of these: Hot-Cold Gel Pack, Microwave or Freeze and using ace bandages I would put one over the front of the knee and one over the back of the knee. Doing this gave me full coverage of icing my whole knee in one icing session.
