(More customer reviews)The knee support pad has an air chamber that you blow up to whatever size or tension you want. Then you strap it to you leg with velcro straps that are intended to keep it in place. It must be quite tight to your leg or the pad can move during the night letting your topside knee push the air to one side letting your knees hit without the air cushion. The straps are plastic and the edges a bit sharp. It's hard to get the thin velcro strips on the straps to mesh well. I would return it but the return policy of The Wright Stuff clearly states that the package must be unopened. I can understand that opening the package makes it "unclean," but how do Lands' End and L.L. Bean do it? I think The Wright Stuff has a lot to learn about quality products and return policies.
