(More customer reviews)Bought this to use as a compression sleeve after knee surgery. It fits great at the top, but is very tight at the bottom. The knee area is very defined (not round, but somewhat heart shaped) and as my knee is not shaped quite the same as the sleeve, it tends to "dig in" around the knee after while. Would not recomend purchasing on the internet - this is an item that should be tried on to make sure it fits.
