(More customer reviews)I had arthroscopic surgery about three months ago. I'm not healing as quickly as I'd like as the surgeon found arthritis in my knee. I tried a variety of shoe inserts. They helped but not full relief and certainly not for a longer walk, a full day at work, or hobbling around to catch the bus or subway (I live in Manhattan, so trust me, I have to walk!!!)
When I found this product that focused on knee pain, I gave it a try. It works and I was completely surprised at how well they work. I put these inserts in any shoe that will fit. I can't recommend them enough if you have any knee pain and haven't found something that helps.
In fact, I think everyone in Manhattan must buy them. I found them one time in Walgreens and have never found them in any drug store (in Manhattan!!). I find them for men but not the women's version. That says it all.
I bought 4 sets via Amazon (through Colorado..?? as an Amazon merchant) to add to my existing 2 pair collection.
For someone who lives in a walking city that LOVES their shoes (and their knees), I KNOW what is going to help you stay on your feet.
If you have knee pain and want some relief, give them a try
