(More customer reviews)This year I started doing back to back classes at my gym that were very stressful on my knees, lots of dance moves, step, high energy, etc. I developed tendinitus so bad I thought I would have to give up the classes.
I bought this product for each knee and have used it three times at these classes. The first time I couldnt believe it, I was practically pain free the whole 2 hours.....the second time it was not as good, but I believe that is because I had them too tight (another reviewer cautioned against that), I used them today for the third time and it was just unbelievable again. No pain! I also used them this week playing a golf course that I walk, which normally causes me some discomfort....once again, no pain. I simply cannot believe how well they have worked for me. Just remember they do not need to be any tighter than necessary to keep them comfortably in place.
